Still snowing here just up the hill from Amersham in Bucks . It was light till a short while ago however its getting heavier again now. Will be interesting to see how much accumulates by the morning as its been snowing here since early afternoon.

I am in the hills between High Wycombe and Amersham (bucks) and its been snowing constantly since early this afternoon, sometimes heavily. I cant even tell how much new snow has settled on the old however being as we still had most of the 6 inches or so we got on Thursday/Friday, I would guess we have had another 3 or 4 inches on top so far and its still showing no signs of stopping. Most of the hills here are now unpassable and have been for some time and I hear people were having to abandon their cars and walk home... Any idea how long this snow is likely to last over us? Not sure how much more we can take

Still coming down fiercely here in North Oxfordshire. NW's homepage gives me a 60% chance of snow !! - cheers guys, can't see my car for snow !!

God help me when I get a 100% chance of snow

It gave me a 45% chance and yet I am sitting here looking at beteen 5 and 6 inches of the stuff and its still snowing and has been constantly since I woke up at 6am. Not too accurate me thinks, lol.

Wow, this is the best snow for years here. In south bucks we have about 5 inches of laying snow on the ground and its still snowing moderate to heavy at times

Just stopped snowing here in south bucks. Was snowing pretty heavy until about 30 mins ago. Probably about an inch or so has settled everywhere. I think it may be starting to warm up a little now though.
