Same here. Was woke up with a very loud bang!
Been rumbling on and off - with lighting - ever since.

Got some video from webcam, will check tommorow if it works.
Also managed to capture a bolt of lightning with my moblie :o thats how frequent the lightning was :o
I got a good 3 minutes worth. But cant find a site to upload the video, so i can show you'se.
well guys maybe looks like more on the way starting to rain and thunder againYeap, its started back up around here. Been going for 20 minutes, on and off.

Constant thunder and lighting here. Extremely heavy and torrential downpours.
At one point the street lights cut out

Its turning increasingly thundery here. There is constant lightning and thunder for the past 20 minutes.
Very windy and had a he hail shower to go along with it.
Amazing.

Having light snow at the moment, dont no when it started, but theres quite a thick dusting on the ground.

Heres some pic's from around 8'ish this morning, we got around 4" of snow here over night

Been snowing here consistently since midnight and still is snowing, good 2" to 3" of snow lying, with drifting.
(P.s Anyone know any image hosters apart from imageshack?)

Started light snowing here, but winds are picking up to, and it looks as tho its going to get heavier.
Just checked on the mets website site for S-W Scotland and it looks as tho we're in for some snow.

We had a moderate period of snow showers here, which lasted a good 30mins
at around 11:30am. It gave a good 1-1/2cm of snow.

Been snowing on and off here since about 6.30pm with a covering of 1-2cms.

This morning there was a severe frost - with the temperature at -8C at 9 o'clock. At lunch it had risen to -5C. And then by about 3 o'clockish the temperature was at 0C - A very cold day.
Just now the weather is much like the report from 'CatchmyDrift' - Cold and foggy.

Currently meduim snow in Hamilton, West central Scotland, and the sky is full of it.
