  1. Hi been a while and dont think i was here all that long hehe. Any way im looking for course in Weather. Ive seen courses but I just want the weather side. The ones ive seen you got to be intrested in Broadcasting as well. But i want a course in just wanted the weather side. Is there such courses?. Thanks.

  2. this is what it says on bbc weather web site and i think the nearest one to me is leeds weather center.

    Current Nearest Observations:

    heavy rain 5°C

    E (7 mph)

    Relative Humidity (%): 97,

    Pressure (mB): 1009, Falling,

    Visibility: Moderate

    Mine says

    ThunderStorm 10.5c and falling

    Humididty 88%

Presure HPA (on mine) 1001 and falling

Ive also heard in our area snow is possible over 200meters.

And its still in the garage is the senser. Im Puting it out side soon but not today.

  3. Raining very heavy at the moment.

    My weather station says

In the last couple of hours presure has dropped loads and temperature has droped about 2c. It was 12.7 and now its 10.6. The Thunderstorm symbol is also flashing.

The presure was +6hpa at the very top 12hours ago. Then went down slightly 2 hours later then went to 0 in the last hour it hasnt gone in -hpa yet but it says that if it does you no how much rain you get. And if im reading this correctly we are going to get moderate amount of rain as the presure was high and it went down to 0 but if it goes below 0 it will be more likely to be heavy and more of it.

Hope that makes sence cos it doesnt to me lol.

  4. Hi it been a long time and not been on much but i am intreasted in the weather and actualy just brought my self a weather station called. Lexibook Traditional Wooden Weather Station (wierless). What i want to know is that where would be the best place out side to put the senser. At the moment ive got it in the garage just to test it as ive only just got it today. I was woundering where the best place to put the senser out side would be as in the instructions it doesnt say and all it says is that its drip proof. So i was just woundering where the best place to put the senser for full time use in the garden?.

    Thanks for any help.

PS Ive got a link to the website where ive brought it from if im alowed to post links

  6. yup staying safe been in all day and just watching it from my window.

But now the storm seemed to have calmed down alot. Not as windy.

And also heard that most of the motor ways are closed because of over turned truks.

  7. Well here its realy windy at the moment. Fences are starting to be blown over our roof tiles are coming off. I heard the roof tiles come and they landed on the garage roof and went with a right bang. some peoples garage roof are coming off as well. I think where one of the worst effected areas at the moment i live in yorkshire.
