exaggeration? possibly but based on the flooding we had it's not impossible

I'm in Cheltenham & I emptied our paddling pool on Wed. This morning there's 115-145mm water in it (it's on a slope). I'd love to know an official rainfall total even if it's only to bore my relatives with.

Why are they not evacuating the Island. as the article states, their bunkers are built to withstand Cat 4 storm, and this being a Cat 5, surely they should get out whilst they can

Been snowing quite heavily since just before 3pm here in Cheltenham. It's settling on the grass.
