    Cant believe the difference at work in rotherham to home Bolsover, chesterfield. Loads more snow at home, some main roads still covered in snow and still light snow. Most schools still closed tomorrow also. Any chance of any more to come tonight?

    We have about 10 cm in bolsover chesterfield and plenty more to come looking at the radar! Lot more here than at work in Rotherham.

    All looking very good for here. Snow forecast by met all week. 6 hours heavy snow tues and 48 hours of snow friday/sat with 12 hours heavy!!! Ill take that!

    What are the Chances for Chesterfield tomorrow? Right on the border between south Yorkshire, all seems very down hearted in the regional forum there and very optimistic in here! Im split right between the 2!

    Weve had a good 7 hours of snow and it continues to fall in chesterfield. Not Measured it but a would guess at a good 5 inches on the ground and its caused chaos this evening. Fun times especially when un expected!

    Now snowing lighlty in chesterfield. Definatly some northwards movement on the radar.

    The front appears to be pivoting and moving more northwards. I assume it will be easier for it to move in a more northerly direction as it is under less pressure from the cold block to the east. Im in chesterfield and have been on the edge of the front all morning. So frustrating lol. Fingers crossed for this afternoon.
