as mentioned else where still snowing in braintree has been for maybe 3 hours now really quite fine wet stuff
but decentish intensity laying on roads even though they were huge puddles paths roads grass ect but we would need several more hours
for a decent amount if it stays this fine stuff.
how ever a few weeks ago on the sunday we missed the main even but ended up with a lovely little
unexpected bonus coming over the channel and setting a little streamer (im thinking that what it was but wasnt here to find out)
anyway does that look possible at all tonight?
-
maybe a cm of new snow on top of what we all ready had melting fast come on the thaw i now say as the ancient snow has compacted to sheet ice in some
side roads pavements and its not best time to get rid and hope for a re load in a few weeks.

well 10 hours of euro washing powder here in braintree and now finally a decent amount laying.
questions ....is the euro powder richer then the uk stuff as it seems to have millions of diamonds in it?

my part of chav and staf filled braintree is snowing that washing powder stuff we keep getting
it snows for hours but we still dont get enough to make a snow ball let alone a man
lets hope for a few proper sized flakes this time
-
well my part of Essex caught the little streamer nicely so while dinner time yesterday we seemed to be one of the very few green places left in the uk we now match the rest
we only have a couple of cm but i was glad to watch the snow falling for a few hours and the kids will love it.
looking forward to the rest of the weekend.

it will get there until a very short time ago we had dust but now its proper snow!! have faith!!I feel your pain Paul, infact i believe we had this very conversation in 2009!
People are reporting snow in Colchester which is 23 Miles EAST of me, as are people north and south. I've shone the torch out again and its probably level 0.005, more akin to a the dust that floats about on house work day.
