Having been shamed by a recent story of weight loss by a fellow NW member and seeing how good he looked for it, made me think I need to trim up a bit 
So this weekend I bought a rowing machine. As Mr Loo said "the best thing in a gym is a rowing machine as it exercises so many different muscle groups" So far so good, I have discovered a tempo mode, which means I have to keep to the beeps as I watch telly
