New national record.

Mohe is basically the Braemar of China and its northernmost town. I'm guessing this is the same cold pool which saw -62C in neighbouring Siberia a few days ago.

100% humidity across a very large area....

The 100% humidity will end when temperatures drop? Surely it should be the other way round? Looks like a case of bad building designs as we hit 100% humidity all the time in winter and that never happens here.
