    This is looking very exciting!!!!! The weather has been crazy these past few weeks first the storm force winds in the South, then the TERRIBLE floods in Cumbria and not to mention the constant rain we have had these past few weeks. The warmest winter I can remember..... It wouldn't suprise me that tonight is yet another *freak* event.

    its still windy but nothing like 3 to 4pm that was the peak and our lights were flickering which never happens. oh well bring on the next storm when ever that maybe.:lol:

    Just now it sounded so bad I thought when I look out the window everything will be gone LOL! its amazing though you always think that but everything is un touched and still standing!! it is scarey right now tho, some major speed.

    There is no rain here but the wind is very, very bad at the moment!!! In my area so far: Worthing piers been closed, 2 lightning strikes one in Horsham and one in Crawley, Hove railway station roof sheeting became detached. Flood-trapped workers had to be rescued by boat from the Burrell Road industrial estate in Haywards Heath. Its very WINDY!!! right now im staying in doors. The whole house is shaking its reaching its peak!!

    We got black felt from someones shed roof in our back carpark! It's rough out there!!!

    I'm in Billingshurst west Sussex, just woken up to blue sky there are a few huge clouds on the horizon! (where's the wind!!)

    very windy here in sussex, leaves are rushing down our high street. we have lived here 6 months and its the worst its been and its not even got going yet!!
