This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that east Wales has been mentioned in the forecasts in relation to snow. Had a dusting for a few hours on Saturday and a few sleety flakes the weekend before. Not getting my hopes up!
Another ice day here, got up to -0.8c after a min of -6.1c last night. Inside the Met O yellow warning for snow tomorrow. Not expecting anything. Snowed for hours on Saturday but it was so light it only gave a dusting.
Current temp: -3.1c
Anhygoel! Out of interest, what temperature is it there? Light snow is still falling here, not amounting to much though - we've got a covering.
Current temp 0.6c
Give it a bit of time and see what happens... Started off as rain here too but the temperature has dropped and moderate snow is falling and settling.
Temp: 0.2c after reaching 0.5c earlier
BBC forecast not good... snow was further east beyond the border than they showed last night. (In North Wales, looks ok for South East Wales).
Temp creeping up: -1.7c
Liking the forecast for Wrexham... taking into account my elevation and the fact that this narrow valley rises steeply on each side to 400m+ I'm getting excited! Although I am further west than Wrexham

Temp: -5.3c
DOH! 10 minutes after wondering about it, the temperature started to rise with cloud arriving from the north. Looks like I've seen my low tonight.. still -5.6c is pretty damn cold. Currently -5.3c
