    Looks like colder on way for shure but as for snow well at this range dont think so in here in hampshire never look more than 24 hours couse it will all be gone on next run.these mods have more mood swings than my mrs dose.

    Can see it cooling a bit looks set to be cool and wet at times next week no white stuff still i f1 land atm as the whole winters been there in terms of cold.if those charts are righr i wouldnt even exspect a frost from them.roll on spring could be rather warm this year.

    I woldnt exspect them to be saying snow and cold thay would be verry red in the face when it dosnt happen,no one realy can tell more than 48 hours let alone 10 days.its the weather and we are a little blip in the atlantic our weather changes so much thats what keeps us chating and trying to forcast it.just dont belive the mods becouse thay will show u stuff right out in f1 then next run its gone 24-48hours is normaly 90% right. ,,

    Looks good on mods for cold next week but as always its. Way to far away in la la land things are bound to change we will look at this time tomorow and it wont be there.the next 24hours looks set to be mild today may be a touch of frost if sky clears tonite then cool,mild and this trend looks like staying for the next few days.i wouldnt look more than 48hours to unreliable.just not gona be are year for cold spose we got used to being spoiled last two years.standard british winter.

    Air frost here atm -5 coldest night of the winter,looks set to be a bright day then we back to mild for the next fewdays. Wit some rain showers around.still no sing of any lasting cold for us and nothing to sugest otherwise a mild outlook.

    A nice cold start here againe temp at -3.5 at 7:30 am.a nice cold sunny day to follow.still looking set to become mild from mid week then cooler from friday with some rain showers around.all the cold stuff just to far east to efect us wich is a shame.still time for change but i wouldnt think the cold would make it to us.well we have frost so thats better than rain lol.

    Chilly day here no frost last night but a nice cold day.just to say those who where looking for real cold and snow down here theres a down grade on the mods just as i thought.we verry unlikely to see any real cold or snow now for this month and i will stick my neck out and say proberly the first half of feb to.looks set to get verry mild next week.wish i was wrong i want cold and snow but the weather wont have it at all atm.may be next year.

    Have to agree with u about the model thread seem to be seeing things and its all gone o next run ive lernt not to go much more than48 hours even then it can change.no harm in looking thay are good for waching weather.has been nice to have some frosts down here at last aso sunny days think we got that for two more days to come.i do hope that my gut fealing for first week in feb comes off but its only a gut fealing lol.

    Hi i wouldnt go to much on the mods becouse moast are well out like 72hours wich is verry unreliable time frame i dont look much further than 48hours tobh.i think its likely to be cold poss snowey first week in feb this is only based on my fealings and past living here for 40 years there is good chance.keep an eye on things my advice is dont take much notice of 48hours or later time frame hope this helpd u a bit.

    a cold day here in southampton hard frost last night and exspect the same tonight the next few days looks set to be cold frosty nights sunny or bright by day.maybe a bit warmer by midweek(wed)cloudy then to with chance of drizzel.after that a bit cooler but looks like no chance pf any real cold or snow as we return to a more sw flow into next week.somthing we are used to this winter avrage temps even above.make the moast of this cold gona be a while bfore we get anymore i think.

    Hi all happy new year to everyone hope you all had a good one.dosnt look good for the start of 2012 for cold and snow lovers.look set to remain verry mild some cooler spells but not lasting more than a day.hope somthing changes soon or the days will be to long for any lasting cold or snow.at least i dont need the heating on.hope we will get somthing soon.this sw flow needs a block to the east to stop the jet and alow us to become cold.

    Sleet/verry wet snow here in southampton now verry cold in the wind should last a hour till it all the front passes then exspecting a sunny cold day here.

    Rain here now some heavy a few hours of this and we could have some flooding,may be some sleet on back ege for morning rush hour but not lasting to long.a few miles inland could get some snow in morning for a hour or two.

    Plenty of rain for southampton area over night maybe a bit of wet snow first thing in morning after that looks like a dry cold weekend.the snow or slush isnt forcast to happen till early hours there wont be much left of the rain band thats heavy enough to produce any good snow.so i just think it a be slushy mix of rain and snow about two hours worth if that on back ege,but we still have the rest of the winter to go yet.

    a few thunderstorms going off over the sea atm can see but not here them atm,think we will be in for some rough weather over the next 24-48 hours.some rain sleet and wind over the next few days.no exspecting much snow on coast but hope im wrong.

    a bit cooler today frost forcast for fri/sat night low as -2.theres some intresting weather on the way mon/tue could be verry widy in the south uk.worth keeping a eye on met office has a amber warning for us atm i exspect this will be upgrade or downgrade over weekend worth waching.shame its not for the white stuff i no but that dosent look like it will happen this side of crimbo.

    im going to brighton on tue hope its not to bad ive been b4 in a force 6-7 and it was a verry wet day.if it is on the pluss side atleast it might be mild.i be keeping an eye on this page over the next few days.

    just being silly i think 10inch of snow on the24th then stoping at 12pm and temp faling to -20 THEN HEAVY SNOW ALL DAY ON THE 25TH,. my own prediction is a green one down here anyway could be 12c pluss .the midlands north in with a good chance of snow.just my own thought on this.think us in the south this year will be in the no snow club/the whole winter will be green down here for us.but we did ok last year.

    hi looks like being a real cold and dry week coming up with temps hardly above frezing as we get towards mid week not to much in the way of any wide spread snow this week hope it will last a while longer than a week.very dry and cold perfect weather....
