    Sky has been grey all day here no signs of the sun hoping we get a storm though

    Still some nice SB-CAPE (1800+j/kg) around for Saturday maybe not as good as it was earlier in the week though, but that's the usual GFS CAPE downgrades to nearer the time as normally expected. I'll have a pint of Stella ActATwat as I calls it also

    Same here been quite a temperature drop as well starting to feel a little cold.

    Getting pretty excited about Saturday now, GFS doesn't seem to be downgrading the CAPE at the moment and seeing LI's of -10's still 3 days to go but this looks the best day for a prolonged storm.

    The CAPE on Saturday looks nice if storms are your thing! Still a long way off though. I also have the like and thanks no laughing or sad on posts.

    Had a few rumbles floating around here at around 7pmish I think it was and a heavy down pour didn't see no lightning though but there will be other chances

    Some good CAPE potential tomorrow for storms tomorrow evening EURO4 precip Bring on the second storm of the year ?️

    Putting the chilli/tomato plants out in the sun for half hour to an hour this morning to start hardening them off, always a nervous time as don't want them to get sun burnt when been looking after them for months! ?️ Also not liking the fact the GFS is keen to bring cooler air in later next week with temps struggling at night from 4 to 6c

    Same with me, have a window full of chillies and another full of tomato plants, it's getting worrying on crop as its getting later and later now

    Got the chilli's just waiting to go outside and get some sun no way am I trusting them outside just yet

    Few new strikes in Devon and the French import is growing ever closer to making a Devon direct hit by the looks of it, at the moment another cell heading towards Isle of White and another breaking out in the Tours area of France.

    Cells sparking in to life across Northern France now, watching blitztung with interest, good to be chasing storms so early in the season what an amazing couple of months we are having.

    Cells hitting the Devon/Dorset coast now not much electrical activity out of them as of yet

    Looking exciting for later on CAPE starts building around the Bristol area at 12z 459 J/kg, then by 15z up to 925 J/kg LI's down to -3 by 15z.
