Maybe a tad excited. It’s more sleety than snowy but still

It’s snowing a nice surprise. Forgot what snow looked like it’s been that long

Definitely a problem for us, it's ridiculous and my comment was very tongue in cheek. We need a complete overhaul of how we do sport in this country as the weather is a huge hurdle. I can remember getting sent out to play rugby on a pitch that was more puddle than grass as a kid, it doesn't teach anyone anything, except resentment
Our boys are on winter break which means no games for 3 months. Utterly ridiculous. SYFA say no outdoor games at all!

Well shock horror...its actually snowing almost all white outside.
It must be rogue cloud that gotten lost on its way to the south of England.
Klippie it was really heavy in Dunfermline when I left so expected it to be worse in Kelty. The flakes here are tiny lol

I’m in Dunfermline and it’s snowing lightly. Knowing my luck I won’t get into Kelty in 30 mins

does that radar predict the next few hours or just show current conditions?
It shows current and last 30 minutes. Think that band will fizzle out soon although accuweather predicts snow starting about 6pm.

I can’t believe how much frost is on my car. It’s going to take me 5 years to clear it.

Ok. Not jealous of the people currently stuck on the A30 (Newquay). Hope they’re not there long.

Just seen a video of Newquay beach and wow. It is white with lovely snow! Jammy sods.

Can someone point me to the charts the latest MetO weather warning is based on, for easterly areas Thu into Fri. I've had a quick scan of the usual models and I just can't see where they are getting snow from. They are the experts though, but their own app has it virtually cloudless and cold at the time, no hint of a snow symbol.
Yes same here. Warning says 1-3cm and covers my area but the daily forecast doesn’t have a single snowflake in it.

2 very different forecasts. No idea how accurate GB weather is.
