From Ian Fergusson W COUNTRY SUN: Increasingly cold air spreading west today & wind chill becoming ever more pronounced. Our region escaping snow problems; however into Monday don't be surprised to see some passing flurries/showers, as these extend west in places. AROME 06z model gives a flavour:
