I want more snow here:drinks:, but must admit geting a bit peeved about the kids schools closing or operating on shorter time. In my day we went to school whatever the weather !!, we walked to school throwing snowballs at each other..blah blah and if the heating broke you had to put your coat on in lessons! [kids hate me telling that tale , im only 33 btw!!!] -

Nicked this from TWO site NickR: nick: army put on stand bye for kent,due to heavy snow,they have already been called in to do meals on wheels in there 4x4,s for the elderly,bbc 24 news was reporting live from the closed m20 at maidstone. Pansies. We've had that for over a week and no such fuss has been made. Southern softies!!! Whoah! Just had a goose over at the model thread , Man it gets nasty over there! Loads of sniping /bickering, gonna just stay here in future!

All quiet here on the westside and the eastside of yorkshire Looking forward to sunday eve/mon am. [just hope its not another ruined snowatching day!] Am i right in thinking snow showers should hit bradford/leeds from around 2/3pm sunday? [just come back from pub ,so my mind is a bit cloudy:drinks:]

From wed night ive been up till 1am waiting for snow in my part of west yorks ,and ended going to bed in a rite beef ,when it failed AGAIN! Tonight we got it from about 630pm till now . Didnt think we would get as much as we did tonight, so Im happy ....for now:diablo: Think its coming to a end here for tonight looking at raintoday site Great while it lasted though!!!!!

Leaving it till 1am [thats my cut off point...for now] MY wife went up to bed at 1030pm and i said "i will be up in a bit" God i wish i went up ,... it would have been more fun in bed than watching /waiting for snow.....i think

I really hope so mate!! Last nights snow showers missed the bradford/leeds border by a few miles. Heres hoping tonight we get something , i dont want to go to bed in a mood again!!
