Been some heavy rain here this morning peter,roads were like rivers and gutters over flowing
You would be very unlucky to get this it is so thin but spreading out and weakening as it goes further south. It also has an arch in it so anyone on the north of the Mersey about 5 miles out to 7 miles is in for it. We're flooded outside and we have 2 drains outside our front and back

Yeh quite a light show, just noticed! No thunder though, strange. Think its cos its still a way off me yet.

yeah, huytons a safe enough distace away from the wigan storm shredder, but st helens is a bit too close for comfort to it so you will be lucky if you get anything there, ,its tentacles are reaching out atm on full alert for any storm trying to break through it

Local BBC mentioning thunder today and tomorrow î–
