    Wondering the same here, been up all night here in Chelmsford and it's bone dry and not a single rumble of thunder heard, in fact I wouldn't have known there were any storms at all the past few hours if I hadn't of read this thread lol

    Looking at the radar it seems that Chelmsford might just get in on the snow action (I hope!)

    Bright and sunny here in Chelmsford and quite warm when the wind isn't blowing, practically no lying snow anywhere just damp patches.

    Just been out for a walk to the local shops before they shut at 11, crystal clear skies with a bright moon and exceptionally bone dry with a few wafer thin patches of lying snow, lol I've seen frost patches thicker than these!

    Just been out for a walk with the dogs over at Admirals Park, that wind is damn cold brrr Chelmsford seems to be missing most of the snow at present, hope that changes later on.

    Looks like the main rain band is here, had a few flashes and rumbles of thunder a while before but now it's just rain, what could be stopping the lightning so abruptly?

    After a brief break in the clouds the sky to the east of here has darkened again and i'm hearing thunder as i type.

    Hello everyone, registered yesterday and my first post I see a lack of peeps from Chelmsford on here, so hopefully i can prove any snowfall info as i get it. Incidentally, does chelmsford stand any chance of getting any of that snow heading off the north sea tonight?
