Don't no why its quoting me lol
Anyway it feels muggy here but only 21C. The sky looks very oppressive.

Been over cast most of the day but still warm at 24c. It did start to feel muggy this evening and we had a few spots of rain.
Current temperature is 19c.
Think we may have something of interest tomorrow afternoon from the looks of it on connective weather.co.uk

28c here with a strong breeze and a few clouds dotted about.

Didn't sleep to bad last night. Woke up to it being 22c at around 7:30am. Temperature is no 24c with a lovely cooling wind and wall to wall cloud.
Good day for getting all the washing done.

Love the fact that ppn over the channel is pushing NE rather than N.
Hopefully the worst of any rain will miss London and the northern Home Counties. Ground saturated here
I'm hoping the same. I feel nervous enough watching the action on the maps and cams!
After a very cloudy day we have blue sky's. You can feel the heat in the air.

Certainly no bad luck for me.. Suffolk and Essex can keep the heavy rain with a rumble of thunder thank you very much = Pointless
BBC Breakfast and Radio go for Kent, Suffolk and Essex for most potential thundery downpours
Hoping they miss Hertfordshire, ground already saturated here
I love a good storm but since we had that storm the other week I've been on edge everytime a forecast comes out for storms.
Its the rain that worries me tbh. The last storm we had flooded my whole street, I've never in all my life seen it that bad here.
Its currently drizzling here but not cold.

MM not sure. Can't make out what way the clouds are moving on the radar as it looks like they are just growing and not moving far. This is not good with school run a minute away
I no, I'm looking all around me and its not really moving but seems to be growing! School run should be interesting NOT!! :-/

And we have rain.

Feels very warm here today again. Lots of cloud around now and feeling slightly muggy.
Will the storms come this far do you think?
-
I can see a lot of distant cloud to the west of me.
I hope we miss out today as yesterday's storm really rattled my nerves lol it was the rain and seeing a river outside my front door!!
I wouldn't mind a few rummbles and lightning though.

That was scary for a moment. Our street started to flood, the water was just about to go over the door step when the rain slowed. Thank god!
I have never seen anything like it before. On a brighter note, the storm was amazing and still rumbling away.
I think we took a direct hit.
A couple of pics taken just after the water started to go down.

Sorry to say it's not heading towards Luton. It's moving SE and slowly out into the North Sea.
Thought as much. Well I can wait

Just had a heavy downpour with some strong gusts.
I'm not looking forward to the school run!!

I'm here in the southwest of Spain. The heat today is unbearable. The wind has picked up in the last couple of hours and there has been some cloud building up but that's about it.
