  1. Well no snow from that front last night but I went about half a mile up the our road this morning and there was a slight dusting so it was a very marginal event.
  2. Was outside putting the bin out and it is freezing.
  3. Very quiet in here tonite. I'm not to sure if we will see much out of this. I suppose anything is better than nothing
  4. Really windy last nite. I would say they have been the strogest gusts here so far this winter.
  5. the problem is that its just too wet, even the snow that is falling is very slushy.
  6. Have a good 4" here on the road. If it hadnt rain prior to this it would have been some craic
  7. The altanic has to much punch this time. Oh well we wait for the beast from the north which will probably happen in July lol
  8. I dont know about this one. If you forget about the models for a minute and actually look at what is happening outside your window. I have a keen interest in the weather and the old sayings are not far wrong. It usually dries up a bit before a big snow event this is not happening at the minute. I feel the conditions are just not right for us this time. I think the best we can expect is a sleety mess with the maybe the sperrins ect seeing snow.
  9. Just seen the RTE forcast and they are giving no snow for friday with a max temp of 7 degrees. Not abit happy
  10. Ballygawley Not alot but the roofs had a light dusting which was frozen this morning
  11. Snowing lightly here in Augher Co Tyrone. Nothing worth talkin about yet. Don't know just haven't a good feeling about this one. Dont think we will see much. Hope I'm wrong
  12. I think this is gona be another let down. Will be headin up to derry on wed myself if it does happen it will make the jounery interesting
  13. We had a good 3 inches of snow here in Ballygawley this morning. Don't think it will be staying around to long.
  14. Snowing here in dungannon from around 9.00am. Light enough at the moment, from the forcast it won't be lying to long Coming down heavy now
