Slight dusting in Bromley, slightly more in Orpington with bigger flakes.

No snow here in Bromley. Not even a flake. Just to clarify. My temp gauge says + 2.5 but I don't believe it, I may have to move it further from the house. I'll be working over SE London and Kent borders tomorrow so will update if /and or where has snow!

Temps stayed just above freezing right across south east London today. Pavements remained white from Biggin Hill to Woolwich (in places). Lots of black ice around Biggin Hill. Dense fog descended after six, the A20 between sidcup and the M25 particularly low visibility.
Currently below freezing in Bromley.

Having been driving around south east london all night. We started in Orpington with light flurries at 7pm, got to camberwell at 9 with heavy snow, settlled on cars and grass. By 12 we were in Croydon where it seemed more snow had fallen and was sticking to some minor roads. South Croydon seemed to be worst hit out of all. Bexleyheath not very much and woolwich got slightly more. Not a lot stuck to roads, the snow seemed quite wet too.

I'm at London Victoria and the trains are already starting to get delayed! Have been travelling from Devon via south Wales, heavy rain up to Bristol, a sleety mix in south Wales having followed a period of snow. Snow getting deeper and heavier towards reading and settling even on the tube platform at paddington. Looking forward to seeing what kind of snow depth there is in south darenth - assuming the train doesn't fail on route!

No snow yet in south darenth, I'm hoping I can get back at 23.00 with no disruption!
My station read -2.5 at 6.45, thinking this is inaccurate and I may have to move it!

South east London snow update:
Very fine snow in camberwell.
Big flakes in new cross.
Heavier in lewisham
Comin down on Blackheath common - lovely large sized flakes.
Snowing in Greenwich, woolwich and Plumsted!!
