Turned sleety a while ago, just drizzle now, still was nice to finally see some snow grains earlier.
1.5c according to the car readout, I hate cold rain, I'd rather have mild rain lol

So busy watching webcams further East that I didn't notice that there was a flurry of snow here! Temp is now 4.5c and feels warmer than yesterday. But it's managing to snow briefly from a passing cloud. Back to sunshine now.
fair play havent even seen a single grain

Yep, the ECM follows its 00z. Seems to be on its own here although I really don't think we should rule it out just yet.
Alekos from Greece will be pleased though, for several days he has been consistently 'liking' every single negative post in this thread that is against the UK getting a cold spell, this evolution brings the cold a lot closer to his shores unfortunately.
Anyway, have faith, it's one run. No trend. The 12z suite has been top notch. The ECM is merely an annoying fly. For now at least...
yes have to agree with you still time for improvement from the ecm though ,still gives alekos something to do

It either snows for 10 days in a row OR it gets warm and brings in an early Spring.
Dry and cold? A big fat zero from me if that is what we end up with a week or so from now.
keep an eye on ian fs forcasts best bet
