I missed the countryfile weather , anything interesting ?

I thought I saw a spec, and figured I must have imagined it, being so far oop north here. But maybe not, maybe it was a spec of snow. Too small to call it a flake though.
It was a 'blink and you'll miss it ' flake lol although my rain alarm has just gone off , got everything crossed !

I would just like to say what a lovely bunch you guys are on here .My mum is still very very poorly .I would just like also to express my deepest sympathy to you John & i hope you find some comfort in the days ahead from all the messages on here. Im on here because im trying to keep my mind occupied otherwise i might go mad . In bad times its so lovely to know that people care .It just makes you realise ,you have to make every day count . Life can be so tough ! On a happier note its nice to hear that a little baby is on the way soon for our other friend on here ! God bless each & everyone of you .Your all lovely .sorry to be ot xx

8.5 cm here , just stopped snowing 😊

Just walked up the field to get the horse in , large wet flakes that sting when they hit your face , not sure of the temps but bloody freezing !

Are we still expecting maybe a little bit of light snow tomorrow evening first? I know this was mentioned.
I have enjoyed the burger jokes this evening.
I didn't however enjoy my Tesco burgers for dinner....still got a bit between my teeth

Someone wrote me car off and nearly me.
Whiplash ,knee,hand.
But home safe and sound and lots of time for weather watching now.
Made essex radio if u was listening today was in great horksley ,colchester,
3 cars involved i was trollied off.Anyway give me lots to read over the coming days peeps,i be bored as hell.
I heard that on the local news ! Hope your not too sore , shocked today as to how many drivers were still flying around putting themselves and others at risk .

we are finally under the big lot coming down but nothing yet. Off to bed soon hoping for a surprise in the morning but if not we still have plenty of chances by the sounds of it.

horsham in sussex. thing is she will need ongoing expensive treatment. unless someone is prepared to take her on i doubt a charity could help much. its just so horrible to have to have her put down
Can you message me more details , age, breed , meds etc and ill ask some horsey friends , I've heard of a couple of charities that will take a horse with extensive needs x

on a slightly sadder note- does anyone have the time and money to take on an arthritic horse? only lots of money will help ours now, which we dont have and her days are numbered- in single figures
