  1. This does look good for a bit of early excitement but must not count are chickens just yet, although it is hard when looking at the charts at the mo. here's hoping.
  2. Hello, 00hrs gfs is showing a low moving up the channel to about the isle of Wight and then heading back west to the Atlantic. Seams a strange track to me I'm thinking it is bouncing of off the high pressure which causes it to turn around, anybody think that this will actually happen? but it is along way off yet. Hopefully it will bring some interesting weather to us on the south coast hopefully some snow or at least some on the hills.

  4. 981mb on my station and getting a bit windy, trees are really moving now. 50kt gusts in Teignmouth.

  7. Latest countyfile weekly forecast, hope for us in the SW later on in the week, chance of a front moving in against the cold on friday.
  8. Just drove back over Haldon, was a sleety/snowy mix at the top and.was just about showing on the pavements in Exeter when I left, more ice than snow though. 1 degree now, was -2 in exeter.
  9. Went down to have a look at 12ish, road closed, water flodding right up over the road and flowing through both sides of the viaduct. some of the shops are flooded, luckly it stopped just short of the amusments. The Black swans seem to have legged it!
  10. Just stopped raining now after over 11hrs of heavy rain, it's been like being subjected to water torture with the torrents pouring off next doors gutters, the slience now is golden. Good luck upstream, it will stop evantually
  11. Hello, just started to snow lightly in Dawlish, temp +1 but is just about settling, Amazing expected all rain for me.
