  7. lonely here, we have nothing but low cloud and a bit of drizzle ontop of our zero accumilation of yesterday.
  8. it's dying off up here in Nottingham - we have not actually got enough to make a snowman with. What has fallen on the roads has melted, and a little while ago the sun was trying to make an appearance in the clouds. We have not had big "bedfeather"flakes. It's been rather fine drizzley stuff but it's covered the rooves.
  9. OK, that's gone and done it, it has not done it for three years!! Now I get there at 6.30.am. and the water in my horses bucket-in his stable is frozen solid!! And just to add insult to injury the darn tap is frozen and thats indoors too.
  10. ChrisL It was supposed to be clear today, but so far this morning it has only got cloudier, darker and may I say a tad colder since I put the horses out at 6.00 am.m. Over here we have had 2 quick showers of rain and 1 of sleet but they only lasted long enough to put the windscreen wipers on LoL. Karen
  11. Just had our first rumble of thunder and flash of lightning here in Stapleford - Nottingham. Not had any sunstantial rain this morning, but it has been cloudy and very very humid.
  12. We have snow here in Nottingham. Covered every where in under 3/4 of an hour. Roads have a layer of snow but wet underneath. Nice big "Bed Feather" type of flakes. Better than last Wednesday.
