Timelapse 29th July 2010 Hull - "3hrs"

Hi Andy Well,from what i can make out, is that it forms from the dock but there is the river Humber that may play a part ?........ but i agree, it is fascinating how it all develops. -
A 3hr timelapse speeded up to make it a 2.53 min video,the quality is not fantastic as i need to upgrade my pc and yes that dam telephone post is a pain. I used windows movie maker with six double speeds added,Microsoft cinema HD web cam but need to upgrade my cpu to get the best from the cam. Turn the sound off if you don't like music to a timelapse.

Its crazy NSB that i only had one mild shower and yet we are in the same location .I was stuck in the garden so couldn't get out and get a good look If you need a storm chaser buddy,drop us a pm Del

ThanX every one I took the shots in Hull,i saw the first one late in the afternoon 15th then the rest early morning on the 16th. Never seen this before but i did see something similar but it was upside down version off the jelly? Cheers Del.

Hi everyone This is my first post on the forum and im really enjoying reading all the topics and the place seems really friendly. I took this picture's early July 2010 and it reminds me off jellyfish and after some searching on the net i came across Altocumulus Castellanus, do you think the pictures above are Altocumulus Castellanus or something else.
