I have seen i quite a few times, i remember first seeing it about 7-8 years ago. Lit the whole street up at night with the snow falling it was pretty magical

I don't know all of the temperatures and what not, but i went jogging earlier today and the effects of it being very cold and rain being blown at me by the strong wind has left me with an earache...
