Have you seen the UKMO ? cant believe it just when we thought all 3 would be on board

I cant believe it,just when we all get our hopes up again it comes along and sends us crashing to the ground Grrrrrr

I wouldnt worry to much ,Coast was joking as a few days ago the charts were showing that we in the south east were going to get lots of snow this weekend,i said that if that chart were to come off i would run up the street naked lol,so Coast was being cheeky saying he would need to plan a route if the roads were blocked so that he could witness it ha ha.It was all a bit of banter,so i wouldnt really worry.But there is a chance of snow and cold in a week or so time,but all will probably change by then

Had a Hailstone shower about an hour ago ,at least that was a bit of excitement lol.Feels pretty cold this evening aswell

Cheeky lol,oh i really hope things continue on this positive note,but im not going to get too excited as we all know what happened last time.But saying that ,BRING ON THE SNOW yipppeee

I have come to the conclusion now that im telling myself that our weather is going to stay the same as it has been for the rest of winter,IF anything in the way of cold or snow shows up then its a bonus,that way im protecting myself from bitter dissapointment every time i log in and see it still is in FI and we are no closer to seeing it occur.

same also i brought new snow boots as didnt want to get caught out like the last couple of years,maybe ive jinxed it because i got them,blame me guys for the lack of snow and cold lol

I dont understand the charts so i just read the MOD thread and try to get a general impression from what people write as to what to expect weather wise.I have to say that we seem to be always chasing the cold or possible snow this year for it only to be put back further.I am starting to give up now ,i would love nothing more than to see real cold and snow would be a bonus,i understand we could still get it but i am losing faith now.Lets hope we get some proper answers soon as i feel lots are starting to pull there hair out.PROZAC anyone???

Well the temp half an hour ago here was 11.9c ,now its dropping currently 11.2c,cant really believe how mild it is today.Well im hoping the cold and possible snow is just around the corner.But im not holding my breath.

Hi Guys,my step dad has just rang me as he has just woken up as he was working overnight at heathrow,at around 10.30ish last night he was out on the run way and it was snowing very lightly but never the less it was SNOW.Fingers crossed we get some decent snow falls soon as i am pulling my hair out .

Just been reading the MOD Thread and im confused lol,some say cold some say mild some say snow some say rain,my head is spinning .Anyway temp dropping pretty quick now it was 5.5 an hour and a half ago its now 2.5,brrr heating time me thinks

I dont know how strong the wind is here but it seems worse than this morning,i am about 3 miles inland from the sea,not looking forward to the school run lol

This wind is not letting up,if anything it seems worse at the moment,but it has been dry all day no rain at all

I am pretty surprised at just how windy it is tonight seems a consistent wind aswell,the lamp post outside my window is swaying,could this be worse than what people are expecting?

Thanks Yamkin,why have the metoffice not given warnings for our area? are the wind speeds expected not fast enough to warrant warnings?

Anyone that is in the know please can you answer this,just got back from work and have been reading posts on the atlantic storm thread,also seen the alert from netweather,are we in for more fun and games tonight? and if so what sort of winds are we talking about? thanks in advance
