  1. The sun has made an appearance, so would expect a thaw to start taking place! Storm Emma making a move westwards again, so not sure its gonna get here!

  6. really? look keeley on look north just said a quieter spell of weather over the next 24 hours but then our local school 5 mins away has decided to close tomorrow again after being told more snow is forecast! hmmm
  7. Jealous of the south! all we had was heavy showers, now there gonna get proper snow for hours!!
  8. I noticed that on Hirlam earlier it showed it wanting to move over to us slightly so parts of West yorkshire and south yorkshire could have a few surprises , I think still all to play for it's not over until its all gone and the sun comes out!
  9. Hirlam shows it not getting as far north but Arperge if you run it shows it moving well into yorkshire tomrrow

  12. don't think anyone knows whats happening , not even forecasters its always changing even models are confused
  13. in the short term it’s a forecasters nightmare placing the percip. Take tomorrow afternoon for example ; Euro 4, which is usually v accurate is very different to many of the other high res models Expect lots of chopping and changes and warnings etc! tomorrow could still play well for us!

  19. Yup I said yesterday or day before you watch we will get more snow under a yellow warning than we did with amber and I was right!
