    I have just looked at the animation and yes the coastline is just visible - but as some else has mentioned the leading edge is a bit jagged and could fragment and just be showers, for worcestershire that is. I hope not as wanting to post my first snow depth report on my weather station. Fingers crossed everybody, i can see me not going to bed till i know its an absolute bolt on for hitting where i live. :winky: Northampton Snow Shield in effect

    Up early then tomorrow just to see how the low pressure develops - but i can see me not getting into work I can see the Malverns from my house so it will be good to see snow on them again - The Midlands mini alps

    HI Guys, went ahead and sent the missus the link and hey presto last weekend santa came early !!!! A Watson W8681 Weather Station Its all set up and sending to the web, please see my link on my signature, this is only the start. i hope to get something a little bit more substantial but a lot of my friends have said it looks great. What do you think?

    Cheers Evil Monkey, Just answered what i was looking for. I have a web domain just need this to be able to feed the data to. Xmas present hopefully, link being emailed to the missus now.

    When i moved to the Here/Worcs Border in 2006 we had some good thunders storms one in 2008 i think, may have been 2007 where i got my am radio out and set it in between stations and counted 48 strikes a minute when we had a storm right over the house. Literally Flash then bang - flash then bang for a good ten minutes. Here's hoping for some more good action maybe this weekend fingers crossed.
