    Had a storm at roughly 10pm last night for roughly an hour. Some very impressive lightning strikes with one very very close. Lightning was far more impressive than the thunder but deep throaty rumbles. It was heading in the London direction and planes were stacking above my area as if to wait for the storm to clear allowing them into Heathrow. Two stormy evenings in a week. Im one happy camper !! lol

    Storm 2. Overhead now. Bright lightning and strong thunder. Not loads of it as appears quite condensed. But Fun all the same. Also see further strikes heading this way on the horizon.

    Sorry for late posting, have been out. Anyways, had two minor storms in the early evening pass through giving moderate rain. Nothing much to speak of and they have obviously perked up as they have moved north.

    That would be right as we live in Tilehurst ! Storm now in Slough. Perking up and thunder starting to make itself known. (Must have brought some good luck with your kar )

    Report form my other half in Reading suggests storm breaking out in Reading, Berkshire. Thunder with lightning reported.

    I cant get the UK lightning detector to work. Just shows as red x.
