all dry at the moment in stoke wind is still strong but gusty as opposed to stiff constant like last night, got about 3 inches here at my location very grey

been steady here for about an hour or so in stoke already white over just so windy too windy to get an idea of precip rate unbelievable possibilities for mid / late march tho!

im in stoke area with a bit of elevation so hopefully game on!

likewise here only went to the shop spent more time pushing cars than getting shopping! good job 4 out of 5 roads were being kept clear Lol main (A road) looks like a ski slope!

its defo reached north staffs andy. hope it will pivot a touch and stall across the region, looking at the radar it doesnt seem to be pushing over the moors just stopped on a line across the peaks at the moment

the wind has gone up a fair few notches here now along with the heavier snow. my 4 day old snowman is looking allot happier now with his steady weight gain Lol!

update for my location from meto. heavy snow now from 9 onwards then back to light after 3pm hope they are right! netweather radar seems spot on at the moment for my location happy days!

pretty steady now here in the south of stoke if the met/bbc are right its happy days for snow lovers. so good to see almost everybody getting a share (god i need to learn to spell) muppet!

snow is thicker hear now in stoke im 200m but don think the elevation will be important today Lol. ive got 2 happy kids ans 1 unhappy as his school is still open. funny thing is the two schools are only 300yds apart!

been snowing here in stoke since about 4.30 yesterday, trouble is its so powdery its just blowing around, just hoping the heavier bursts actually get here and dont slip past jest to the south

pretty much stopped here now in stoke hope it doesnt turn to the wet stuff!!
