    very heavy snow now falling in east bristol and setting fast even on wet ground temp 1.8c getting heavier as i speak flakes are huge golf ball size if not more

    im told there is snow lying in bristol bout an inch typical as i am in south spain i missed it doh better get more this winter

    these are from 25th aug at 7pm lead clouds of a storm passing over head they were very low

    tim cool your pics r better than mine i was using a phone thats not waterproof so i could not stand out and get it wet and the vid is not very good u can not see what i could c with the naked eye.but the clouds were definetly doing wierd things circulatin and in all directions at one point i thought its was a funnel droping down but im no expert but its a shame i dont have a proper video cam

    rain very very heavy and i videod clouds that were circulating and movingin all directions havent a clue what it was but is was impresive now torrential rain 4 15 mins solid cant here if any thunder rains to load no lightning ithink but its flooding roads back garden front garden wow willtry and post pics and video l8r or 2moz have to go to work soon time 15:51 rain now easing system moving nothwest i think

    took these 2 mins before torrntial down poor and as i type 1 load thunder clap rain still very hard very dark out to gunna go look cus dont fink it last long just had a few flashes of lightning but no more thunder as yet looks like its passing south of were i am ps pics are looking north its pass bye now as i said to the south of here

    tim did u get hail stones in that storm cus i think it only just skimed u cus iam in st george and we had torrential rain and hail stones plus the wind pick up bigtime during it

    hi just had a storm here at about 2:55pm - 3:30pm in bristol was out in it seem to apear from the west moving east torrential rain and big hail and the thunder was deep lightning was not as freqwent but what i did see looked as thow it went from cloud to cloud and then to ground very strange did not expect it attal as i would not have gone out on my bike if i did clearing now have fun to thows east of bristol SWINDON etc coming your way and proberly building all the way

    sorry its late but 1:25 am this morning massive storm here in bristol lightning coming from all angles thunder that shock my body and hail that was the biggest i av ever seen 2 cm across wow it was amazing first storm of the year and boy it was big short lived 30 mins if that but huge its now moving ne have fun up there stay safe

    just had the hardest snow shower here in east bristol of the last few days 50p flakes at least lasted 5-10 mins only but settled straight away melted now and returned to light snow pellets temp -0

    been snowing now for an hour light hard medium light hard and so on temp -0 getting hard again now 20p flakes at mo starting to set here now. bristol gets snow huray

    have had about 8 snow showers today each setting then melting but tomorow looks more likely for the west to see snow 1-3 cm acorrding to the local weather so mabye bristol and the west country might get some

    hip hip hurray its here in bristol medium size snow for bout 15 mins now dark clouds as fare as the eye can see starting to set allready and getting harder snow on my birthday was going out dont no now dont care its snowing

    blue sky dark clouds clearing in east bristol can see dark clouds with towering cumulus from the direction of the wind think its gunna bring a hard snow shower cus the last one was lame temp still 3c will let know if we get nething else

    we have just had a brief snow shower lasted 10 mins or so temperture 3c was hard pellet like snow for 5 mins and snow has just started again and radar shows loads of showers about finally snow comes to bristol hope we get more
