here in worthing which is approx 15 miles west of brighton we had some spits of rain about half hour ago. skies dont look that interesting right now. hopefully it'll warm up a bit later & the convection will get going. I ask for 1 clap of thunder today, just one. Surely you can do that, mother nature?!

So, once again my hometown, Worthing, has missed out on all the fun! It looked fairly promising this morning but once again mother nature has been up to her old tricks. Here, we didnt even get a decent cloud structure..tomorrow looks just the same as today; so I'll look forward to more disappointment tomorrow. I was going to ask mother nature to be my valentine too :| Summer, if you exist in the UK, COME QUICKER! Thanks.

FTW! ahhh i actually cant believe this may be happening tonight. It's like christmas come early haha I'm going to be real dedecated and STAY UP just to see the possible thunderstorm. (yeah thats how desperate i am)

haha yeah mother nature can be a ******* at times cant she! Im going to cry if we dont get some thunder here in w.sussex tonight. Last year was lame for me too so your not alone and yeah it would be brill to get out of the no storms club 17/18 days into the year!
