Well, it's a soggy return to the southeast! I can't knock it though, we've had two days of attempted thunderstorms, and I suppose it's not that much colder than the plains.
Not amused by all this rain though!!
On the road this morning back towards Nebraska, slight risk suggesting nice high level rotating storms initiating this afternoon with some hail thrown in for good measure!
Starting from Indiana again this morning, heading west towards Kansas City (and Kansas). Largely a travel day, but a nice see text popped up earlier, so maybe a few crashes and bangs along the way - stay tuned!
Just hit state number 9! We are in Kentucky! (And yes, we had KFC for lunch...)
Heading to a nice red tornado warned area, sun is poking through and it's starting to heat up. C'mon!
Broadly? North East Missouri/South East Iowa - lots of heating/destabilising potential, and loads of moisture, should support some supercells :plus extras -)
The Lead car is struggling with internet connectivity at the so Paul isn't able to update at the moment (I'm in the rear car with the stream) - apologies for the slightly non- tech updates!
We've seen maybe 2 tornadoes, but the beast in front is a dirty rain wrapper.....really tough seeing the definition. Amazing lightning!
(And we just saw the TIV)
Just popping in from a very humid Missouri! If you like pretty storms, then please follow our adventures! Hope everyone's good!

Well, we're in St Joseph's Missouri tonight, which has us nicely placed for the spud state tomorrow! But there's plenty a brewing lightning wise by the looks of things into the early hours still (it's 2.30am....)
