Sorry PP but I couldn't disagree with you more
I also disagree with PP , also the fact of the annoying panning across the map... Why pan across london , when i can see London on the zoomed out view <_<

Does anybody see any flaw's in this from Brian at two?
No. Once my winter forecast is issued that's it. Right or wrong. As it is my forecast is off to a brilliant start but there's a long way to goMy forecast is off to a brilliant start , how can we judge that if it isnt issued yet? , whats to say the forecast wont be changed before its rlsd to make it seem
like the first half was bang on?
Ive seen numorus two lrf being terribly wrong , yet according to him they are bang on . I see it from ALOT of forecasters claiming to be terribly accurate but they arnt , is it a pride thing? , even piers corybn(?) does the same . I remember bringing it up a few times with even close range forecasters , they go " I GOT THIS RIGHT " and im thinking hold on ive got your forecast here it doesnt say this at all , but you get a right narky response YOU DIDN'T READ INTO IT CORRECTLY.
Why cant some just admit it was wrong and try an improve on it , nobody is perfect hell forecasting is hard enough as it is

but unlikely to be any more than light snow if at all, due to the distance of the Moon from EarthBy Feb 18/19 New moons begin edging closer to Earth
Don't we only have one moon?
Well wrote out but its very cryptic and doesn't make a great deal of sense

I'll probably get banned for this , but if i do you need a sense of humour

Now what about this then, an Uncanny resemblence. Londons worst ever recorded Tornado occured on the 8th December 1954
Taken from my Weather Book I have
" One of Londons Worst ever Tornadoes occured on the Afternoon Rush hour on December 8th 1954. The London tornado ripped a path 100-400 yards wide for 9 miles, affecting Chiswick, Gunnersbury, Acton, Golders Green and Southgate, injuring 6 people and destroying the Railway Station at Gunnersbury. A factory was destroyed in Acton. Very similar indeed.

with thanks to the official TORRO site, this was, repeat was, their synoptic overview before the London tornado this lunch time
Are you saying they didn't predict tornado's for today? or am i reading it wrong
-
Nice to see that both torro and francis dissmised this as anything to do with global warming which in itself is a complete farse
-
6 injured, 1 seriously
Eyewitness says it looked like a "classic tornado", moving at "an unbelieveable" rate
-
people in the area said the tornado was just coming down the street like something out of the wizard of oz... It was sucking so much stuff up

We have flooding here , alot of the country lanes and pathways are completely flooded....... Took the kids to school and most of the kids had to go a seperate way it was so bad.

that the winter will be colder or warmer than average
there is approximately even chance of a wetter-or drier-than-average winter.
Ok im going to do a forecast, its going to be a cold winter however it is also going to be a mild winter
-
I really hope this winter is a real nasty one , only for a week mind... none of that freeze up stuff for a month or more, it can get boring and VERY dangerous
