    is any of this predicted? I mean is this an overlook by the met? its pouring down with the stuff in many nroth western regions...Its snowing in liverpool where im from and in my work in stockport and everywhere in between....is there more forecast later today?

    awesome i live in aigburth mate, but im working in stockport.How heavy is it there at the moment? its been on and off all mornign here in stockport, very very heavy at times but failing to stick!!!

    Mustnt have been a well prepared ship is all i will say.Not adequately prepared for bad weather.Most decent ships ive sailed on and worked on have withheld waves of that extreme with relative ease. Yes its uncomfortable at times but on the whole it isnt unsafe.Yes its a discussion on the storms,All i am saying is that its one freak wave.It didnt have any effect on anything or anyone.Adverse weather conditions out at sea are common even when its relatively calm on land.

    if your on a lilo maybe. Otherwise its generally very safe.yes youll be knocked about a bit but if your on a ship its hardly an issue. With regards to the storm itself, i think its going to be very quiet for alomst everyone personally. A minor breeze for most up north and perhaps a few gusts on the south coast to about 50MPH.Not much to see here i dont reckon.

    each to their own i guess.I think a days warning of an incoming storm is plenty. 4-5 days prior to the event is just waint for a fall frankly.I can see your point and its nice to be informed but its not really necessary this far out.

    only say that because someone needs to.This is getting way way overhyped.Always the same though, one bit of possible bad weather or weather extreme and it goes off on one on here.Ive followed it for years,never registered, but have now! thanks for the welcomes.Even if there was any snow itll be gone almost as quickly as it arrived. Still theres a massive part of me that hopes im totally wrong haha! Im a pessimist what can i say!!!

    awful lot of people going to be very disappointed i reckon (assuming they love the weather being a bit mental) cant see there being much in this for us.
