ok, am back at work in 10 minutes with one of the people that sent me photographs, so will see if he can take me out there after the ferry sails at 1:15pm.
i will get all the details i can for you guys, but yes i know it touched down, no damage has been publicly talked about but i have only been to work and not the pub! it lasted at least 15 minutes....on our local footy teams site there is even a small animation....

oh yeah, before shoot off to work, we have had about 3 of these tornados up here within the last 12 months.from what i can gaher it lasted about 15 minutes.
a friend of mine also has an older picure of a shed being actaully lifted off the ground at Wick

nah, don't wanna move south it is too peaceful and easy going up here
i must admit though when we do get a storm they are a spectacle i will stick with mega and once in a blue moon ta not sure about the 'too cold' last summer a lot of the time temperar=ture wise we were on parr with the south if not a little higher at times ! guess it must be something to do with being so close to the sea though.

ok back from a drive around, think i may have some pics of damage by working out various angles where people took pics from so i think i know where it was, basically loch calder. will post the pics when they are emailed to me.
