  1. great picture, you are right, they are popping up everywhere, I noticed some in the cracks on the kerb stones at the the end of my road, not sure if I can get a pic without getting run over :blink:

  6. I cant get over how fast this is growing, when I looked this time last night it was still a tropical storm, could this really be bigger than Katrina?

  8. Had a storm around 6.30pm, heavy rain, very little in the way of thunder and lightning, but what there was......wow! Lightning hit just across the road and there was the loudest clap I have ever heard, rattled the house big time! to the point things feel of the shelf :o Another one on route now, can hear it in the distance, getting camcorder out this time, hopefully get a few shots!
  9. I had the bead thing when I had my lass, had my lad in Germany and when they told me I had staples I didnt believe them! The bead thingy just stings a bit when they take it out. And you are right coughing blooming hurts too!!! I went through all that 3 times. At least you get chance to relax and get Mr M to do a bit of running around for you although saying that, i fyou are anything like me, after a week it becomes frustrating because you want to start doing stuff! Still cant get over how big he was
  10. Awwwwwwwwww, I think Mr Moo Jr has made all our week!!!! But what a hippo indeed . I had both mine by emergency cesearean section, so can totally sympathise with the soreness, its not nice! Even more so if you got staples rather than stitches. One bit of advice, watch out for those sneezes!! hold your scar and crunch over if you can, it stops alot of the pain, if you already know this then ignore me So pleased that you are ok. it really has made my week for sure. Is minimoo happy to have a brother, and looking forward to being a BIG sister? Take care and enjoy, as I am sure you will do

  12. Just got a phone call from my dad in Whitchurch in Shropshire, thunder and lightning started about 8.15pm quite frequent.

  16. There was definately snow in Whitchurh on Christmas and Boxing day 04, snowed on and off both days. As for snow in March, dont ever recall it..
  17. just had a storm, constant thunder for about 20 minutes with only a couple of seconds between each rumble, not much lightning, but hail the like of i have never seen!
  18. Think we just caught the edge of Pauls storm, heavy rain for a bit and a couple of rumbles but no lightning that I saw, wind picked up, now calm and sunny again.
  19. About 6.30 am til around 7.30 lightning and very long loud rumbles of thunder , it wasnt constant every 5-10 mins. :lol:
