Just looking at the GEFS 6z, taking the midlands as an example, there are 11 out of the 30 that at some point get the 850s down below -10, indicating that the high has a decent chance of a move in to a favorable position to advect cold from the north/east within the next 2 weeks.
Still all to play for! Its like the weather lotto, hoping that the Op will at some time match one of the winning (cold and snowy) ensemble clusters.
