Can you bring it inside ?
I looked at getting one of those for the living room, it probably would have been a good idea as the kittens have had a field day knocking the decorations off the tree....there are more balls on the floor than on the branches now !
Getting some heavier rain here atm - total is up to 5mm so nothing like as much as you guys down south
unfortunately not its a 7ft one its drilled into a metal plate in the ground but its not very supported on top, ive managed to anchor a guide rope into the ground and secure it round the tree. Im seriously starting to wonder why i chose a house on a cliff!? yes thats the only problem with little furry friends they cant help themselfs when it comes to a christmas tree

Hi everyone,
I've just edited and hidden some previous posts where someone had put in their full post code and posted it on the forum, then said what house number they live at.
I hate to be a boring old fart, but could we remember this is a public forum, and although I am sure we are not all serial killers, just be careful how much personal information you give out.
Anyway, back to chasing the snow...
thank you had a blonde moment with the post code i deleated original post but couldnt rid of others quotes :/ however that was not actually my house number thats was a failed joke about neighbours who didnt send christmas cards. Either way thank you for deleating
would also like to note no offence to the blondes among us!

well im still waiting for my 2ft of snow, and what a tease that dusting was last week! well as long as christmas day is'nt sunny as it usually is i dont mind waiting untill January for my snowfest! ( although i would be very greatful for it to come on the 24th december!)

we had it!! for about 1 hour we had it in herne bay, it just started laying then it stopped
we have now been left with slush -

i jumped out of bed at 5 and ran to the window so disappointed .. still theres time -
its quite concerning i had to quickly dash doctors due to an allergic reaction to hair dye, sitting in the waiting room burning swelling face in pain checking netweather forums winter thread worried i may miss something!

hey everyone, ive been lurking in the shaddows of this site for the last 3 years and loving the winter discusions every year.
So i thought this year i should join the site, although i dont pretend to know anything about charts ect i enjoy reading all the posts whilst crossing everything for a very cold and snowy winter 2012/13 ! ... ok im off to crawl back into the shaddows again.
