Giving up on the RainToday radar, that stuff to the west is moving west whilst that chunk to the east is expanding and going northwest. Very odd. -

Is it just me or is everyone not really taking this snow seriously? By everyone I don't mean you guys, just people not weather obsessed. I spoke to my mum and grandma earlier and they didn't have a clue about how bad this could get, and my grandma lives in the middle of nowhere on her own. Taking her shopping tomorrow haha. What do you guys think? Maybe this post is a little over dramatic but i've seen the country go into meltdown with a lot less snow forecast.

Coming home from Durham Uni, 4th December last year over the A66. It had been snowing for around 5 minutes before looking like this. Bring on 2012/2013
