Any updates for tonight’s chances here in Pateley Bridge. BBC says sleet up to midnight then dry all day tomorrow. Met Office light snow tonight and occasional light snow tomorrow. Must say, Met Office forecast yesterday said North would be dry so beginning to think this is going to be disappointing for here. Hope everywhere else is lucky.

BBC forecast just now was showing Sunday as dry with occasional snow flurries in the North. Hope they are wrong!

Yes, he’s certainly in form at the moment and vital to England’s chances. Hopefully he makes it a double hundred tomorrow while I’m watching blizzards here

We did OK in 2010 but not as much as the rest of Yorkshire. Still, I'd settle for 3 or 4 inches. At least it will hang around for a week.

Been a regular visitor here but never posted. Anybody know if Pateley Bridge will see any snow Saturday night? We've had 3 falls so far this winter but not had as much as the rest of Yorkshire so far. We seem to be sheltered from major dumpings here!

Yes, just had a heavy shower for about 5 minutes, now clear blue sky. Looks like the radar has heavy snow band right over Pateley Bridge but it shoots passed in about 15 minutes :-(

At last, some snow in Pateley Bridge...only light at the mo but the radar looks like we might get some heavier stuff soon.

Absolutely naff all here in Pateley Bridge. Looking at the radar, doesn't look like we'll be getting anything
