Thank you for introducing me to meteorology all those years ago. Have enjoyed your forecasts on netweather for many years now. You've done a fantastic job of keeping it plain and simple. Merry Christmas and Have a Happy New Year.

Hiya, Brief snow shower in Sheringham left the ground white. http://webcams.nnrailway.co.uk/ Looks like showers that turned to rain as they crossed the M25 to nw are turning back to snow according to radar Will cheer the children up if it turns white for school run, but feel it's more likely for the run in tomorrow -

Well, we ended up with about 4 cm of lying snow (still snizzling) even though temp didn't drop below 1. Currently, virtually calm Temp 1.3C DP 1.2C ap -0.5 Perfect snow for snowmen Walking to school, there was no snow on anything facing us, coming back everything was white. Shows very clearly which way the wind was blowing last night. -
Hiya, Temp 2.5 DP 2.4 Big flakes of snow Settling on car tops not yet on grass / paths "Snow fun if there's rain"
