I wonder which forecasting organisation will be proved correct about this winter? Metcheck's "Milder and wetter than average" was looking quite doubtful when all the other forecasts were released - they were just about the only ones going against a cold winter. Now with the windy,wet and mild scenario due to establish itself over the uk until the New Year, my money is on them!
