    Fantastic. Sums it up perfectly. As someone put, we never trust GFS run...why now!? NAE has snow on Kent, away from the south coast. North Kent coast down to Lydd will see snow from that (very rough) but its not doom and gloom. The front may still stall?! We don't know what will happen, if you do, you should be the chief of the met office!

    Hi all, been at football match at gills been some snow nothing laying. I'm in canterbury - east Kent, 10-15 miles from coast, what do models suggest for me? Rain? Snow? Sleet? Thanks

    I know met have said chance of rain. With uppers of -8 HOW can it be rain? Just how? They are putting all scenarios out to cover themselves. I expect heavy snow Monday night purely due to the uppers

    for a start their graphics are still at low resolution for Monday, im 90% sure we will see heavy snow in East Kent, the uppers will be way to cold for Rain the further west i.e Hampshire etc may be rain but would even doubt that. Rain will be Bristol Westwards at my guess...

    So.... 1st Band will give a slight covering? cm or 2? 2nd Band will be heavy with the potential for very heavy snow and it being persistant and not moving very fast? Just want a sum up from someone???

    GFS - Very heavy snow monday night (i think) with the low not moving, then cold all week We COULD get 10-15cm of snow monday COULD! All depends if the GFS is right
