    Friday, mostly cloudy with afternoon showers, locally heavy. Clear skies and widespread frost overnight. Isolated showers on Saturday. Sunday, cold and windy with a chance of snow showers. Turning colder. For 3-5 days time, ill take that!!

    I am sort of expecting this weekend and next week not to happen. After weeks and years of let downs I can’t believe it yet. Being in east Kent about 20 miles from say Margate, NE winds are usually very good for us ????????????

    Amazing how people say in 200 hours it’s mild. No one knows what will happen. One thing that is sure, with an easterly, usually we do well. Let’s cross our fingers and toes. With reference to Tom Moore. RIP however, he flew to Barbados in December. Was it good to put his body through that? I know tho I’d take the offer of a free holiday!!

    To be fair, South Coast is prob one of the hardest places to get snow after the SW. I feel here in East Kent we are in prime location. HOPEFULLY!!

    its been a shocker for rain this month. Wettest I’ve known for a while! It’s more so the hours and hours of heavy rain that has been this month. 5 degrees here and cold. Lovely weather! Oh my walk yesterday I walked to the top of the university in canterbury and I’ve never seen it so boggy! Nice views though!

    More heavy and cold rain. What I’d give for a cold and dry period. Seems during the week all we are going to get is more cold rain. MOD thread is a bit of a awkward place to be today, 18hrs ago they were buzzing now not so. Let’s see what happens in the next 48hrs !

    There was evidence of some snow here overnight. Not talking much, but a bit like someone shaking some sugar. Read on twitter that next weekend could be a similar run to this one? No thanks.
