Are we expecting more snow in North Kent ( nr Sittingbourne), I am trying to make a decision about going to work tonight. Although I work in a hospital my job is non clinical and our road is like an ice rink already.

Thanks for the reply, was a lovely surprise this afternoon, we had had snizzle all day and thought we where going to miss it , got the kids home from school and an hour later went to put some rubbish out and it was a complete whiteout. At least I can get some sleep tonight rather than avidly reading all you experts posts :-)

Depends if this band thats just touching thanet moves further west, seems to be tracking this way but I think we may only have the edge unfortunately.

Any body live on sheppey they usually take a beating with this type of set up??

I don't live on sheppey but am currently at work there. We had blizzard conditions about two hours ago and has since slowed down to almost nothing. But good covering on the ground.
