    I need sleep, but I've waited this long and I'm sure I can wait just another 3 hours. Hopefully the schools will close anyway and there'll be no morning rush. Apart from to get to the park for some serious snowman building.

    Met Office now have Cardiff with heavy snow from 6am until midnight, changing to light snow then until 12pm Saturday. WOW!

    Thanks for the link. I'm in Grangetown, just up the road. The outside temp looks like it's dropping like a stone.

    Rain turning more sleety here in Central Cardiff, wind blowing up and bitterly cold.

    I am 99% (or maybe 95%) sure I'm going to get it here, but there's always that what if and of course last minute nerves are kicking in. Mind, I've had those nerves all week since watching each chart come out.

    Long time lurker here and I can't contain myself any longer. I feel we are on the verge of the biggest dumping of snow in a long, long time. I have everything crossed and hope we all get to see a good few inches. Here we go guys and gals, welsh whiteout!
