    Is it just me or all that precipitation falling in Ireland and France right now should have been snow and not rain? Anyway just expecting rain as usual. Hopefully this winter we can get an easterly to actually dump some snow in suffolk....

    Do you recon it might get worse on the roads by nightfall? i need to pickup my wife from Ipswich town center at 10 pm, i wonder if i should go down there earlier and wait for her.

    Pretty much! Look at that blob all ways dancing around Ipswich but never even dare to go over the town...

    wont come inland, as they never do bhaaa, need more easterly winds for any chance of that happening!

    Be VERY careful if you bike to work, some surfaces look like ice rinks.

    Looks like Norwich is in for another pasting! ;-) Happy for you guys, down here in Ipswich almost everything melted.

    Looks like this band of precipitation will be the last of the night. Have a nice one everyone, off to bed. night night. edit: My wife just arrived and said the roads are starting to get tricky.

    FINALLY a covering of some snow and not melting in Ipswich. Hope it lasts until the morning so my kid can have a it of fun with it

    Ipswich just light dandruff in the wind, looks like everything fizzles before arriving in town.

    Its normal, we came from a few weeks of mild weather, if we had at least a week of cold weather before this, we could have loads more snow, better accumulations and no meltdown. Lets hope by the end of this week we a have better cold pool over the country.
