    Just walked home from the pub. It doesn't feel particularly cold. Light snow falling but not sticking. Paths all quite melt-y but still 5cm on cars

    Got up SIX times in the night to look at lamp posts. Nothing at all. Received sneering email from colleagues this morning as I had suggested dialling in to meeting rather than get stranded in the snow. Come on SE snow we have to redeem ourselves!!
